RTO India — LMV DL approval pending from last 3 months

Dear sir/madam,
I am Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh, I have applied for 4-wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. is: [protected] at RTO, VARANASI (UP65), Uttar Pradesh.

I have passed for LMV driving test on dated 11th Dec 2013.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL
2) PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 &
3) DL DISPATCH BY POST

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application [protected].
