RTO India — my dl not dispatched - rto bangalore

It's been more than 40 days and i am still waiting for my dl to received at mentioned address from the last 1 month i am seeing the similar status in parivahan portal against my dl. Please provide a proper update on my dl status and do the delivery asap. Below i am attaching the screenshot you will get all mandatory information there only. I have a lot of things to do once i will get my driving license.
