RTO India — My driver license is not delivered/dispatched after getting approved since 4 months

My driving license was expired and the renewal process was completed and approved on 21/07/2022 and it has been more than 3 months and still the driving license is not yet delivered or dispatched.

Please resolve this issue as driving license is a mandatory document while traveling and all the required process is completed from our side so what is the issue here
