RTO India — My Driving Licence has not come since the last 4 months.

Hi,

I applied for the change of name on my Driving License on 25 January 2023 and it's being 4 months now, I have not received my license yet. My online application status is still showing "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL".

Please help me in this regards.
