RTO India — My Driving license is still not dispatched by the RTO through post

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My complaint is regarding my Driving license not being dispatched by RTO Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. My license has been printed in the form of smart card on 28/12/2021 yet I haven't got my Driving license. So I would like to raise the complaint against RTO Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka of how slow they are at dispatching it by post . So kindly I would like to have my Driving license as soon as possible.

Did u finally got your license and in how many days? Mine was also approved 15 days back but still not dispatched. Should I go to RTO and check?
