Rto India — my driving license not delivered to my address

My license approved and dispatched through a post on 31st july showing on parivahan website.
It's been 15days n i still did not get my license.
Yavatmal is not a big city that it should not take more than 3days.
My license no is mh29 [protected]

Just because i didn't go through an agent they should not do this with me or any citizen

Also because of the above reason at the time of learning license they took only exam, there were 20 applicants which came through agents they get passed without taking the exam.

Hi,
My Application number is : [protected].

I've paid the fees and submitted the required documents on 31st July 2019.
Still it is showing that the "Application is under processing at RTO Level".

I don't think it takes all this time to get the documentation verified and give me a result.
