RTO India — Need to clear multiple active records in RTO

Respected Sir,

I have bought a used 2 wheeler few years ago with registration number : KA 01 EQ 8439 through a dealer in Bangalore. I got the RC changed to my nams. But, Now when I am checking in mparivahan app, It is saying that, Vehicle has multiple active records. Due to this, I won't be able to avail many online services.

Hence, Request your help in clearing the other active records against the vehicle. I am attaching the copy of my RC for your reference
