RTO India — No change or update in application status for more than 2 months

There has not been any change in my application status for over 2 months now.
I applied for additional endorsement to my dl .
I even paid the 1900 rs fees and no update or reply from the Delhi rto .
Please look into the matter and resolve it ASAP.
