RTO India — No tracking on DL dispatch, when I went there, they gave irresponsible answer

From 16th March i don't see any update on my application[protected] online, i visited RTO office yesterday, they said check in post-office with some old tracking number (RTO don't have any tracking information. given/updated in their record for sake of). I ran between RTO office and post-office yesterday 2 times. Still i don't get any information from RTO on DL. They are not doing things right way. If their own DL will they do the same way they did for me? Once they had given to Post-office for sending they should get exact/right tracking ID which RTO not bothered about it. which is a gap or missing from RTO.
