RTO India — Noc Issued but Error of Manufacturing Date.

NOC Of vehicle no DL8CAF4398 issued on dated 3 sep 2021 but still pending to Thanesar RTO due to error on manufacture date. Its a clerical mistake form Wazir pur RTO. But no one is responding. Kindly help.
