RTO India — non availability of slot for retest of driving skill test

Address:Nayagarh,odisha

Sir i have applied for DL which is expiring on 31st december 2020 under RTO Nayagarh, odisha.
But everytime i try to book a slot for DL skill test there is a message that no slot is available.
Kindly help regarding this.

And Nobody is receiving the RTO helpline number which is provided in the RTO official website.
