RTO India — non-delivery of driving license

412, Lamington Rd, Near Imperial Cinema, Opp Ayodhya Restaur, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400004

I gave my license test on the 16th of july and was told that the licence would reach my address by in 10 days. It's been a month and my license has still not been delivered to my address. I checked with the driving license place and they said that it's been sent to post office. I checked with the post office and thier system says delivered, but doesn't say where it has been delivered to. Today is the 6th of september and i'm totally clueless.
