Rto India — Non delivery of Driving license dispatched 10 days back

Dear Sir,

I have received below dispatch details of my license on 8-Aug-83. It's been more than 10 days but I have not received any update on this nor received the license.

" Your Driving License GJ01 [protected] has been dispatched on[protected] through speed post tracking NO: EG[protected]IN. You can track delivery status at : https://www.indiapost.gov.in. MoRTH"
