Dear Sir/Madam,
I undersigned, Nikhilkumar M Gosalia, holder of Driving Licence no: GJ[protected] had applied for the DL extract for my above said Driving Licence on-line on 13/10/2022 from RTO Vadodara, Gujarat.
I also paid the required fees for the same service on-line on the same day.
I used to visit the site very often to track the development related to the requested service, but since then - for last six months, I see the same response on the site saying: "Application is under processing at RTO Level". It also says: "Application Submitted for Contactless Service. No need to visit RTO office".
I think, I have shown enough of the patience for the laziness and carelessness of my own RTO office, which I expected to show the efficiency and a very good governance.
Looking to the above-mentioned issue and the long delay, it is a high time now to look in to the matter very seriously.
May I request your good offices to look in to the matter and do the needful.
NB: I want to send you some details of my application and the screenshot; I took today from the RTO website for your kind consideration, but not able to attach the files.
