RTO India — Not able to get slot booking for driving licence

Address:Delhi

I have got learning licnence no on 21 aug 2021. Since then I am trying to get appointment for permanent driving licence no but to no avail. My learner licence no is dl3/0014184/ 2021 and application no is [protected].

Every time website shows that your application is in process. The message comes as pending application no [protected].

My leaner licence will expire on 19th Feb 2021.pls advise what to do

This occurs due to site error. Even I had faced this once and found a solution. The server begins at 09:00 AM . Be ready exactly
at that time and go for slot booking. Am sure you'll succeed
