RTO India — Not able to give learning license (LL) test online from home (DELHI)

Date - 13/08/2021
Location - Delhi
I am from DELHI and trying to give my learning license test online from home but after authenticating photo when I'm Clicking on Proceed the following error is coming - " THE CLIENT IS NOT REGISTERED WITH RTO".
Also, I am not able to contact the RTO Helpline number given on Sarthi Parivahan App .
