RTO India — Not able to give ll test

Address:At post-Bhurakwadi, Tal-Khatav,Dist-Satara

I have got ll test link and password but after looking the tutorial also when I try to give ll test it doesn'tproceed further the page where I am supposed to agree the instructions neither it selects any options such as language.The page shows my information, language selection option but dosent selects anything
