Rto India — not able to pay online for duplicate dl application

I have applied for duplicate dl. I have received an acknowledgement of an application. But, when i proceed for payment, it shows some server issues on cyber treasury online payment portal. I tried multiple times from different web browser. Now, without payment, i am not able to book appointment slot. And there is no option of paylater at this stage. Pl guide me.
