RTO India — not being able to book dl test slot

Address: SDM office, derabassi, 140201

Hi, i just applied for my driving license online on sarathi portal.
When i try to book slot, it shows me slot not available for 30 days. When i try to book slot at midnight, it shows slot booking only available between 9am to 11pm. And again the next morning 9am, all slots are full. Help me.

The rto office staff isnt helpful either.
They ask me to visit after slot booking, but i cant even book the slot.
