RTO India — not being able to book my learning license slot from past 30days.

Hi my application no is [protected], i have been trying to book my slot for past 30 days earlier it was saying next 60 days slots are not available. Now it is saying next 90 days are not available. Please help, what is this. I have paid my fees also.
