Rto India — Not finding license number issued online and facing difficulty to raise new requests

IN spite of sending several emails to [protected]@nic.in, not received any response. Without the prior details of my license, I am not able to renew it. I have even provided the license scan copy. Almost 15 years back the license was issued but facing trouble as the same number license is assigned to someone in KR Puram RTO.
