RTO India — Not get my driving licence yet

Address:H-31B,Naveen Shahadara, panchsheel garden,near Shanti Nursing home,Delhi-110032

I'm here to let you know that very respectfully that I haven't received my driving licence yet. Despite I have complete my all test in October. My driving licence has been already approved and I got this digitally but I'm still want my driving licence as a hard copy.
Please help me out to get it soon.
