RTO India — not issuing driving license

I have applied for driving license in last month after that I gave the test on 22/07/2019 at RTO Location : L.A.Purba Bardhaman, I passed the test . It's been 17 days but in the SARATHI website it is showing that my driving license is not issued yet, it is in pending status. Kindly help me with it .Kindly acknowledge my issue . My application id for dl is : [protected] .
