RTO India — Not received receipt for applied DL

Respected Sir, I have submitted complete driving license file to RTO office Amb district Una (HP) after successfully passed driving test on dated 04/10/2021. But MVI Amb has not given me any receipt after receiving file. He assured that you got SMS as a receipt but no any message is received yet.I am facing problems for driving any tour and official duties. Kindly do needful action to send me receipt of submitted DL file. Thank you
