RTO India — Not yet received my DL smart card

I got confirmation from RTO that my DL has been approved and able to view the same in DIGI locker. But till date i haven't received my SMART CARD DL . RTO has informed that it will reach me in 30 days from the date of approval.

I completed all formalities including DL test passed on 21st FEB 2021
DL NO. KA51 [protected] date of issue as per online status is 26th FEB 2021.

Please help me with dispatch details to follow up.

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Partha.sarathy Not yet received any communication with regards to my complaint on DL. Kindly share the details when will i receive my original permanent DL and how long it will take ot.
