RTO India — online fee payment

I applied for learning license, while I came across online fee payment it took error and not completing my process, when I check my fee status it shown 'pending' since last 5 days, I didn't paid fee, but whenever we go through payment gateway it shows same, I have already cancel my 2 reqest earlier, I want my license urgent, please resolve my issue and so that I can comlete my process and get my license.
