[Resolved]  RTO India — Online reapplication of expired learners license not processed.

I had applied for learners license online service after my previous llr expired. It required no documents, nor even visit rto this time as I had previously cleared my llr test by visiting the rto and my documents are already stored with them. I paid the requested amount. But the application is still held under processing
