RTO India — Online request for termination of Hypothecation put on HOLD !!!

Address:RTO Raja Garden , Delhi 110015

My following online application DL210601X0735228 for removal of hypothecation for registration number :DL10CJ8172 is kept on hold without any reason and there is no point of contact to know further in this regard.

Moreover, Original Form 35 has been sent via Indian speed posted, which is delivered dated 8th July. (ED[protected]IN).

Kindly help to get this completed !!!

Why RTO has not mentioned the reason for holding hypothecation when bank NOC and original form is couriered as well. This is time consuming and non productive task for a user.
