Rto India — passed learning driving test on 22 july 2019, but didn't get sms and online status showing pending

On 27 july 2019, i appeared for learning driving test at rto sopore and passed that exam, but i didn't get sms regarding the passing of the exam. When i checked the status of my application it shows exam result passes, but learning license pending since then when i check online. Since then i'm checking the status but all in vain.
