RTO India — payment done but status showing pending

Address:Dajipura rto,vadodara, Vadodara, Gujarat, 390020

I have made payment for license renewal and address change in rto online services (Sarthi parivahan)
Application no: [protected]

Amount of 600/- is deducted from my bank account and i have confirmed with the bank about deduction.
But status for the same is showing pending in application status. So i am unable to complete my license renewal process.

Please help me out

I have licence rc book and old number changing reqest reciept puc but i have no insurance of my vehicle. And traffice rules is says if you have no insurance then you pay penalty rs.4000. But your incharge officer is on their duty is give me penalty slip only rs 500. Your officer is corruption of public.please
