RTO India — payment failed error

I have done the payment for driving license against application no. [protected] on dated 12.11.2019.
Payment is successful confirmed by bank but on website the status of my application showing payment made through the selected gateway is failed due to "server connection failed, please wait for 15 minutes and proceed with verify pay status".
This error is showing from 12.11.2019 to till date, and didn't generate echallan.

Kindly, do the needful.

I am facing error in llr payment i done my payment of amount 350 and the amount is deducted from my account but in payment status its shows SERVER CONNECTION FAILED (in black colour).
Please solve my issue .. because of this problem i cant attend the llr test
