RTO India — Pending in printing Learner licence

I am Shivansh Shukla, I have applied for learning license of LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO BASTI Uttar pradesh, I passed the test on 11/04/2024, Its been 6 months now, the approval of LL by licensing authority is still completed but still printing of licence number is pending.
