RTO India — pending learner's license approval

I have applied for an lmv driver's license at howrah rto (Wb11), west bengal.
I have passed the learners test on 2nd september 2020 (02/09/20). The approval of ll is still pending at rto level as on 08/09/20. I request you to notify the rto for the same.
