RTO India — Pending of approval of online learner licence at RTO level of Kalyani RTO

I have applied for learner licence on[protected] and get a slot for LL Test on[protected]. The online test is completed with PASS result on[protected]. Almost 2 weeks over, still "printing of learner licence" status is pending.
