RTO India — Pending of Change in Address DL In Form 7

All the requirements for the change in address of DL including the scrutiny and approval has been completed since 18/06/2022 and still the status is being shown pending. When I am applying for additional endorsement on DL for LMV, the previous address is displayed which is causing further delay. My application number is [protected].
