RTO India — Prevent entry for agent in RTO office pune

Hi,
This is tushar darekar. I was in pune rto for two wheeler license on 3 june 2017.
My request:

1. Remove unlegal pvt xerox center
2. Prevent entry for rto agent in rto office vishrantwadi.
As i saw directly agent working instead of government employee. They allow for agent directly in office but did not allowed other people's.

As there is xerox rate is 10 rs per page
So suggestions can u please open government xerox center there?
Its lot of benefit
I hope will get reply asap otherwise i will directly contact to pm narendra modi.
