Sir, I submitted my motorcycle rc copy to rto hooghly (Chinsurah) for puc registration on 11/11/2019, but still today they did not update my puc, so i am unable to check my motorcycle pollution,. If i caught by the police while riding my motorcycle what, should i do? There is not my fault that your authority is not updating my puc even after i submitted it. My vehicle reg. I am DATTATHREYA B S apply driving licence for car my application number is [protected] in karnataka after 40 days I am not receing any document and even dl number
I have applied for online noc to Raipur RTO in month of January but still I have not received the NOC. Also I have tried to update PUC for my vehicle CG04HM7291 but it is also not showing in PUC database.
I am not able to take Pollution certificate and my bike is running without same. Is it my fault that govt Dept is not working properly?
Why I have to pay fine for pollution certificate if same is not updated by govt Dept.
Please help me out with this issue.

I am an Ex-servicemen, My Motorcycle Registration number is WB26N 0418 till date four times I have submitted my RC book copy, Insurance copy, Aadhaar card copy but till date my registration details not available in PUC database.
So I am unable to do PUC check and get the certificate and unable to use my motorcycle.
Kindly help me so that I can do PUC check and get the certificate.

I showed my soft copy of liscence in digilocker but traffic police told me its not valid and made my chalaan and he also telling that u have to pay 1200 rs for not follwoing the traffic rules.
I just mistaknly crossed the red signal. Iam also ready to pay the penalty for that but why he made challan on liscence.
