[Resolved]  RTO India — r c book - of no gj12d8704 - honda activa - yet to pending

Ref to below screen shot, my R C book yet to pending and it is delivered somewhere at BHUJ.
As per my all documents submit while purchase active on 11 oct 18, as per my documents my address as below

Kajal Mahapatra
Ghanshyam Park 2
Plot no 173/B
Mundra kutch 370421

And my RC book dispatched to BHUJ..!!!

Who is responsible for such mess up !!??

Can you pls help me to sort out this matter ..
