RTO India — rash driving by auto driver

I was driving from college to home on my activa (White-mh 31 es 2304) when i had an altercation with an auto driver (Mh49 ar 4341). While crossing the signal it was a yellow, i was coming from hingna side and he was coming from the opposite side. We both tried to cross at the same time and almost banged into each other because he was in no way control of his vehicle as he was talking in the cellphone at the same time. When i shouted at him, he followed me and asked me to stop. When i stopped he pulled right next to me and started telling me how it all was my mistake. Not only did he not apologise for being in the phone he started abusing me. Everything must have been recorded in the cameras on present on the square. Some help on your part will be really helpful.
