Rto India — Rash Driving of Car Driver

While I was driving my bike, one of the rash car driver overtook me very close to my bike. if i could not managed to control my vehicle and take it aside it would be a worst accident and i could have lost my life or injured badly. the car number was MH08-R-4548.As i have checked with info the owner name is Mr. Mehboob Mogal, residing at Ratnagiri.
