RTO India — RC BOOK not received from 2 years

I brought Activa bike on dec2014 but since that day i am trying to track my RC BOOK but nobody is giving me right information where i could find my RCBOOK.. RTO saying they dont have... Showroom saying check with RTO... Request you to please help me find my RC BOOK... my vehincal number is KA53 EH 5605
