RTO India — RC dispatch pending for 1 month

VEHICLE no PB11DC6780. RC approved but status showing dispatch pending for 1 month. No help from RTA office in patiala as they say chandigarh RTA will dispatch. Chandigarh RTA people say they don't know and contact patiala RTA
