Rto India — RC not Yet Dispatched by Hissar RTO

Address:RTO Hissar, Haryana

Have applied for Hypothecation Termination in Mar 21, RC/Smart card got approved from SDM on 24th Mar 21 (As per Vahaan portal status check). Thereafter, almost 3 months are ending and RC not yet dispatched by RTO team. Have tried mail them many times still no good response. My application no is HR[protected]. Please get this resolved asap.
