RTO India — rc ownership transfer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took an second hand Hero Maestro and the owner of the vehicle given his RC ownership to transfer on my name through his agent in RTA MEDCHAL HYDERABAD. As shown in the picture my RC is printed on[protected] but still didn't dispatched.

When I contacted that agent PRAVEEN he used abusive language on me

My Vehicle number is AP28BV 4792 And Application number is shown in picture

Please help me!

Updated by Mohammed_sohail And before that the agent made me come and go from January to get done with Picture click and on March 13 2019 I got my picture clicked for the RC and then it approved on April[protected] that too after I made complaint against him in the rta but no one said anything to him as he has political support
