RTO India — Received Incorrect Driving Licence

I applied for my driving licence renewal in Oct'21 and received the incorrect driving licence on 15th Jan'22. The driving licence only shows MCWG in class of vehicles and not LMV. I have been ever since trying to have this resolved. I received the email addresses of the M-Tech India who are in charge of printing and dispatching of the licence, however, after several emails I have not received any information. I am attaching pictures of my old driving licence and the new incorrect driving licence as well.
All I need is a reprint of the driving licence with LMV in class of vehicles.
