Rto India — refund for failed transaction

My application for duplicate dl of rupees 400 was deducted from my bank account and the transaction status showed failed. Firstly, after completion of my transaction it showed me error 505 and then showed confiring from bank after that it shows transaction failed and i did not even got my money back into my bank account.
