First of all there was a power cut and no back up power to allow us to take the driving simulator test. After which no attempt was made to bring order as everyone was confused. Then they make us stand in a queue and tell us to not take any tokens. After this they suddenly tell that everyone must take tokens and cause massive confusion. This causes us a lot of grief and pain as we are forced to stand here, helpless for hours together as nobody seems to be interested in listening to our problems and there are no seats. This is truly a terrible state that this government body is in.
