RTO India — Regarding 2 wheeler

Dear sir I purchased a two wheeler registered number MH40BY5841 in January 2020 and for the same o sold out my vehicle to my coulege in August 2020 and moved back to Bangalore, based on current covid situation he has not transferred on his name, recently I am receiving calls from crime branch and surprised to know some fraud happening on my vehicle, so insisted my friend to transfer on his name and he initiated the process for the same

Today I received one more suspicious call from +[protected] asking to disclose some confidential information so denied for the same and he says that vehicle will be blacklisted so need your immediate intervention and support for the same
