RTO India — Regarding Dangerous Driving Car It may leads to major accident of me and My friend

The Car No. I have Noted Down Is MH04GE5523 a Wagoner car
The driver one Who Is driving the car so spontaneously and dangerousl he overtakes us from left side which is act during driving without any indication or honk.
The incident was done on Airoli Bridge Navi Mumbai which connects Mulund at Early morning 8.00 am
I want to register the complaint against him because the driving of the owner is so harmful to the people who had their families to feed so kindly charge The driver for the mistake he has done on Date 11/11/2021
