RTO India — Regarding Driving License Approval

It's been 20 days since i have passed out my driving license test but still didn't get approval. My application number is [protected] ( submitted through sarathi ) . Please look into this because I'm a working professional who needs to travel alot and I'm facing a lot of problems. Thanks.
